Administrative Assistant & Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data , as well as providing essential administrative support .

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in databases and MS Excel spreadsheets from various source documents.
  • Verify data for errors and discrepancies, performing quality control checks to ensure data integrity.
  • Organize and manage electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring all records are accessible and secure.
  • Assist with general administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents/reports, and managing office supplies.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and support departmental goals.
